Located on a stretch of sand, on Dhekelia Road, with views of the Mediterranean Sea, Sandy Beach Hotel in Larnaca offers lagoon-style swimming pools, 2 children's pools and a state-of-the-art spa. Rooms and suites are contemporary in style and have floor-to-ceiling windows.

Would highly recommend the hotel and staff and would have no hesitation returning.

Staff approach, helpfulness, professionalism and interest in guests' wellbeing. Accommodation was very, very good. Large comfortable bedrooms. Spacious, clean bathrooms. Super gardens and beach.

Only criticism was that the excellent array of food at both breakfast and lunch was not particularly hot.

Nice hotel

It’s my second time at Sandy Beach hotel. The position of the hotel, right on the beach, and all the facilities. The staff was very friendly.

The surroundings of the hotel. Far from city center with few options for dining. The room was a little bit expensive for off season.

Very Good

Everything was good. The personal was friendly and helpful.

It was cold in the room. I think that in November central conditioning should be switched off as this period of the year is not hot at all with average temperature +23°C. The system of central conditioning is not very sophisticated in the hotel so it's impossible to switch off the conditioner in one single room.

Wonderful

Front desk staff were very helpful, especially Christine. She was able to organize a private taxi tour at the very last minute. Room had a great view of the pool area and the sea. Breakfast was good.

The older blond lady in the spa was not friendly towards me and my friend, no informtion was given wen we came, we were looking for ourself for everyrhing also no massage was offered but for other people yes, and afterwards we asked her what is the time and she responded dont you have celphone, she needs more training for customhelp we think

I will definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Everything was outstanding. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and fresh.

Playing music until past 10 pm. It's the only thing I didn't like.

A great location and a great staff team.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff team were very helpful and efficient. The style and comfort levels were as expected. The access to a beautiful section of beach was very enjoyable.

As a business traveller for just one night I felt out of place a little amongst the mainly all inclusive guests. The selection of food and drink options was less than I expected.

Good location hotel with nice garden

Beautiful garden and pool area. Kind and helpfull staff, especially Stella and Susanna at the reception.

The room and bathroom need renovation. Every morning we had the same breakfast. We missed seafood and grilled fish during dinner.

Nice small hotel with best personal and tasty food

That is a really nice place, amazing personal, very clean inside and outside. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Calm place for relaxing, beautiful hotel territory around pools. Room serviced every day and so polite personal. All used towels always changed. All personal - cleaning ladies, reception, restaurants - is like a huge advantage of this hotel.

Unfortunately, the view from the room was not so nice - broken stuff placed under the balcony and rooms need to be renovated for a long time. Territory of Hotel is so small. Maybe I just was not ready for that. For that price, I would expect 3 times as bigger. And just be ready to pay for drinks at dinner time. It's not a problem, if you know that for advance. About the sea. It's not very clean, unfortunately. It's not because of the hotel but still is a fact.

Clean rooms, communal areas even the loos by the pool always spotless. Very good selection at the breakfast buffet

Noisy doors on closing on the way out. Not enough wall sockets. Couldn't boil kettle watch TV and dry your hair at the same time. One socket is not enough

A good value for money

We stayed at a half board option, and the food was just fantastic, with many kids-friendly options

The area is not the most beautiful part of Cyprus (but that’s not the hotel’s fault) There were some issues with the shower but they were quickly resolved

Lovely holiday place but hotel was average.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was beautifully located by the beach and very picturesque. But it definitely was 4 star. Food was nice.

The restrictions on all inclusive for drinks. Only certain ones were included. Rooms were a bit dated as were some of the facilities.

Very nice

We had all inclusive pack - overall it worth - the food was diversified at the main courses, but the snacks could be improved. The hotel is close from the beach and the sea shore is ideal for the families with little children because the water is not deep for at least 50 m, is clear and is only with sand. Big pools with clear water. Well connected with buses to Larnaca and to the airport.

The room furniture is old and in a medium state. The overall impression about the hotel building is that a renovation should be done, especially in rooms. The hotel is at 20 min by bus from the center of Larnaca.

Great Stay

Dinner was excellent and the outdoor bar was well stocked with great staff. The music was a little loud during the daytime for some guests, but I thought the whole place was great. Reception staff were really helpful when I needed assistance with travel arrangements etc

Good

The hotel itself is good, but rooms need renovation, especially bathrooms. The food was also good, even excellent, some dishes very tasty and delicious. The personnel was very friendly.

The signal of WiFi on the 5th floor was poor, in other places normal. The seabeds on the beach are very old and white mattresses on them aren't ecologically friendly. Seabeds on municipal beaches of Larnaka are much better. In general I like the hotel but I am afraid that being ex-Sentido can influence the quality as a whole.

It did what we needed, but wouldn't go back

The hotel was very pretty, the pool was lovely and the beach was great. The bed was super comfortable. Bar and waiting staff were lovely!

Hotel felt in the middle of no where, so spent a lot of time going into town. The bathroom left a lot to be desired and shower was weak. The reception staff weren't the friendliest or most helpful in all honesty. They didn't tell us how much lunch was, or mention a special offer then after we checked in they had put up a sign. Breakfast was cold every morning, including what should of been hot.
